Forum Recon Binding 2013 - 2010 Review by The Good Ride

The Forum Recon Binding is close to the Burton Freestyle binding but softer and has a little less adjustability/performance.  This isn’t a bad binding for the price and is right there with the Burton Freestyle.  That being said we would only recommend the 2010 models and up.  The older models don’t have the same design and don’t perform very well.  Not much has changed for 2011 or 2012.  If you want something more soft and buttery than the Burton Freestyle the Recon might be a good choice over renting all the time because consistency is key.
