Marhar Woodsman 2018 Review by The Good Ride

The Marhar Woodsman is a super fun, super surfy pure powder board. The Woodsman takes a directional approach to the Lumberjack’s twin jibby powder ride. It’s far from ideal as a post-powder groomer carver but it could work as a post-powder surfy buttery jibber.  Once you get over the lifted sides onto the edge the sidecut does provide good edge hold but those lifted edges make it feel pretty loose for a flat to rocker board.  For what it’s primarily made for, riding powder, it does a very good job though.
