Summary

The Gnu Beauty is a women's version of the Men's Gnu Beast. Mary rode the men's (the beast) and women's' version of this board. The Beauty has a slightly softer flex and a women's specific waist but it's going to have a very similar ride. Not much has changed over the years and our review of the older model still stands.

Gnu Beauty 2016 - 2014 Review by The Good Ride

Mary usually rides men’s boards so she found this to be much more mellow than the Beast and thought it was playful and easy. However, I would strongly disagree with her suggestion of riding this in the park. For the average women, this would be a much more aggressive mountain board. Remember Mary use to race and her board for many years was the Men’s Custom X which is very aggressive.

This has a massive set back and a very surfy but still very carvy ride to it that is for those that like to ride only one direction, go fast and carve.
