Burton Women's Avalon Bib Pant 2019 Review by The Good Ride
The Burton Women’s Avalon Bibs are a slimmer fitting bib with a comfortable stretchy liner on the inside. They are a very well constructed bib at a lower price than some bibs. The adjustments are unique from other bibs I’ve seen, but if you have to cinch them down a lot you are left with a pouch of material on the back. These would be good for a rider who sees milder weather and won’t be out in the crazy storms.

Do not buy- poor quality for Burton
So not purchase. I bought this bib this year as tried a few on and like the feel and look of it. Within 2 days of skiing 2 small tears occurred on the lower leg. I did not expect this from buying Burton and your supposed to pay for quality. It is also goretex. I had not got the trousers stuck on anything so prehapa had cut from brushng on my ski boots. I was upset about this as i had a pair of pants for 10 years before i got rips in them and did not expect this poor quality. I emailed product and they were very rude. Saying not in warranty but they would fix etc. I sent in (also had to pay for a courier) and got a call from the repair place saying Burton had not given them permission to fix it with latches nd had said the only thing they were authorised to do was add two large patches over the each lower leg and they were black(my trousers were blue!). Noone seemed flexible on this so i said ok. I recieved them and it is a nasty tough black material on each lower leg and when you them up very uncomfortable. The material nor colour was matched to the bib m i emailed product and they were rude again and just said the case is closed so no im stuck with these . Will never be buying Burton again . Bad customer service and what a waste of money ($340) pretty disappointed and appalled with this experience
The Avalon Bibs are great, but there is a huge issue with the side zippers constantly coming down all the time which after you've rezipped a few times is a real pain in the ass. Besides that one issue, I really love the product, but when you pay over $300 for something you want it to function.
