Volcom Shelter 3D Stretch 2020 - 2019 Review by The Good Ride
The Volcom Shelter 3D Stretch Jacket is a great choice for a quality made, insulated jacket that is also going to keep you dry in most situations. The Shelter jacket seems like it is built to last, and has a great longer fit to it, but is still tailored for a more feminine look. Would be good for someone who isn’t interested in layering and just wants a toasty jacket and needs a decent waterproof rating but won’t be riding in really wet conditions.

The Shelter jacket seems like it is built to last, and has a great longer fit to it, but is still tailored for a more feminine look. There are no pockets on the inside besides one mesh goggle pocket, and the gaiters were a little tight for my taste but other than that everything else was very functional and quality made. Would be good for someone who isn’t interested in layering and just wants a toasty jacket and needs a decent waterproof rating but won’t be riding in really wet conditions.

Voclom Shelter 3D Stretch Jacket
Love the length. Love the shape - slightly tailored and feminine. Love the colour choices. One problem with the jacket is the velcro used to secrue the front flap. The velcro catches on the fabric of the jacket if you do not have the jacket completely closed. When putting it on, when it is warm and you want the jacket open, the velcro snags and damages the fabric. The right sleeve of my jacket is ruined due to the flaw in the material used. I have had velcro on my jackets before, but type used on this jacket is not a good choice.
