ThirtyTwo Prion FT Review And Buying Advice
ThirtyTwo Prion FT 2013 - 2011 Review by The Good Ride
Another Beginner to Intermediate boot by 32. This comes in traditional lace and speed lace. 32’s Speed lacing system is slightly different than others. It has this latch on the top that holds the laces in place but when it’s open could catch on something if you are walking and break. So if you get these you need to always keep them in the locked position or you might break em. Still this probably isn’t a reason to not buy the speed lace. Also some have complained that the Speed Lace comes loose during the corse of a day’s ride. The Lace is predictable and reliable but slow. You can get the same adjustability as the speed lace but it takes a little more work. As always in this price range there isn’t anything exciting to really get crazy about but these boots will do a pretty good job for a beginner or intermediate rider. 32 also makes wider snowboard boots so if you have wide feet they are worth considering. The Prion is a pretty light and a good choice for the price.
