Flow Minx 2013 - 2010 Review by The Good Ride

Flow has a unique binding that some people swear by and others hate. If your a get em on and off quick kind of guy/girl then these are your bindings.  Flow started the whole quick release thing a few years back.  Some love it and some hate it. The binding is well made, reliable and will last a long time.  Some don’t like the large single ankle/toe strap that fit over the majority of the top of your foot but others swear by it.  If you have pressure points there this might not be the best and you should look for a binding with a toe strap.  Flow also has very little shock absorption in their base plate and it has failed to evolve as many reduced dead spot bindings have in the past few years.  We’d like to see Flow work on more responsibility and try to allow the board to naturally flex.  If Flow could do that as well as have a quick release this would be a very cool binding.
