Vents
The Drift helmet comes with quite a few vents on the top of the helmet that you can open or close. The venting is easy to adjust with gloves on. The ample venting helps to keep temps down and with airflow. It also seems to help with keeping the helmet lightweight.
Adjustment Harness
It comes with an adjustable harness on the back with a dial. I like that the harness is pretty low profile and doesn’t come too far down on the back of the neck. It creates a tight fit without pressure points.
Ear Flaps
The Drift comes with ear flaps that are compatible with an audio system. You can also easily remove them too.
Fit With Goggles
This helmet fits pretty well with most goggles, as long as they aren’t really big goggles. So best with a medium framed goggle.
I tested it with the Wildhorn Outfitters Roca Women’s Goggle, and my Giro Contour goggles as well.
Inner Helmet
This Drift helmet comes with a standard helmet lining (they do have a mips version as well). It also has removable inner padding.
Overall
The Wildhorn Outfitter Drift helmet comes with some really good features. It is comfortable to wear and feels very light. It also has a very low profile fit. A pretty decent value for the price.
