The Shred Sole J-Bar is something riders should seriously consider before buying a new boot to combat heel lift. Some companies have this option for their boots but many don’t. There is not much to talk about when it comes to this except it works and it’s a lot cheaper than buying a new boot. I strongly suggest giving this a try if you have narrow heels or want to reduce your heel lift.
