Summary

The Oneill Hyperfreak 5/4 Plus Hooded Wetsuit is what you get if you surf in cold waters but want the most freedom of movement in your shoulders. The Techno Butter 3X is not the most durable or wind proof material but that is the price you pay for such an easy paddling wetsuit. I haven't found anything else out there that stretches this much in the shoulders.
