Mountain House Beef Stroganoff 2020 Review by The Good Ride
The Mountain House Beef Stroganoff is a creamy meaty pasta that has mushrooms and onions too. It comes in a 2 serving package that takes about 9 minutes to re-hydrate. The Stroganoff has 280 calories per serving, and 12 grams of protein per serving.

How This Review Happened: We spent our precious Good Ride dollars to purchase this product and test it out.
Weight: 4.3 oz
Taste: Maxi thought that the taste was a little light. He said it wasn’t bad, and he liked that it was so creamy. He just felt the flavor was a little lacking. But Maxi did like the amount of meat that it had.
Re-hydrate Time: We made this according to the instructions. 5 min…then stir…then 4 more min. Everything hydrated fully. We were at just under 10,000 ft when we cooked this meal.
Overall: If you are looking for a creamy paste dish for the trail, the Mountain House Beef Stroganoff might hit the spot. If you feel the flavor is on the lighter side like Maxi, it would be easy to throw in some extra spices before the hike as well.
