Weight: 4 oz

Taste: It tasted very much like homemade Apple Crisp. I loved how juicy the re-hyrdated apples got, and the currants added a good flavor. That, mixed with the crunch of the oatmeal topping made for a pretty nice dessert while backpacking.

Re-hydrate Time/Preparation:It was simple and easy to make. We made it at just under 10,000 ft of elevation and it was ready in the suggested 10 minutes.

Overall: I was happy with the AlpineAire Cinnamon Apple Crisp dessert. It was a satisfying treat after a long day of exploring. Maxi felt that for 2 servings there could have been a bit more of it. But overall it was a good buy, and we would purchase it again for a backpacking trip.
