Footprint Gamechanger LP 2022 - 2018 Review by The Good Ride
Turn Ons/Swipe Right: Heat Moldable, Low Profile, Excellent Shock Absorption & made for snowboarders.
Turn Offs/Swipe Left: Heat Molding can be a little tricky. Not much else at this price point.
The Footprint Gamechanger LP is a great insole for those that don’t have enough room for the Gamechanger in their boot. Both this insole and the bigger brother, the Gamechanger, are some of the best insoles we have tried in this price range. To get any better you really have to commit to spending a lot more cash and get a custom orthotic.

The Footprint Gamechanger LP isn’t as good as the thicker Gamechanger but it still drastically improves your boots shock absorption. We can all really feel it and if there isn’t enough space in your boot due to it being cramped in there or you have a high instep this is a great call.
What we love about the Footprint Gamechanger LP is it is designed for skaters and snowboarders. Not skiiers. Ski boots favor a different type of fit and need support in different places. So these feel like they are made for snowboard boots and work incredibly well. Another thing I love about these insoles is they offer support without a plastic heel cup or arch. It allows the insole and sole to work together to create more shock absorption. When I have a plastic heel cup on an insole it always feels like its detracting from the overall shock absorption. The Footprint Gamechanger LP feels like it enhances the overall support.
So I normally wear the standard Gamechangers but like putting in the LP when the fit is a little tight.
