Summary

The Alloy DO-BC is very unique and not for everyone but it's really fun if you are into this type of super camber ride. It takes turning and carving to a whole new level.

Absolutely loved this board. Let it run or run it in circles. This board have back every turn. Also had the ability to point the nose and let it run. Super stable and friendly (for this type of board) I think average riders would find it aggressive but friendly. And experts would enjoy pushing their own limits on a board that took them there and beyond. Quality build and great US representation! But with confidence and check out their entire line up. ??

A total blast!

I got my hands on a demo board towards the end of the season and loved it so much I straight up bought it.

I think you're pretty much on point with your review. Super fun to carve and turn. Not really good in powder and very very lively.

I usually ride hardboots so this is not the most scary board I own. All these board have stupid amounts of camber and will toss you if you're not careful. The DO is actually kinda forgiving in my quiver.

It has this Jeckyll/Hyde personality. Going slow it carves wonderfully. Tracks and grabs well. Once you cross 30mph it turns into a straightline bomber. Just wants to go. There's no in between.

By far the best feature and the party piece of this board is how it explodes out of turns. Set the edge, lean back a bit and boom. So fun! That's the reason I love it.

So I totally agree with your review, it's not for everyone but if you know what you are doing and know what you want it's awesome.
