Burton Lucky 2014 Review by The Good Ride
The Burton Luck Pant is a nice mid-level pant that has offers decent tech for the price range it’s in. They have 2 options.
Ethics Statement: We don’t get paid by the manufacturer to write these reviews. No one is perfect and we do make money from the “Where To Buy” links below, but this is our best attempt at an honest and objective review from an average riders’ perspective
1. 2 Layer Twill Fabric 10/10k waterproofing and breathability with a normal fabric set up
2. 2 Layer “Bionic” fabric mix 10/5K waterproofing and breathability with eco-friendly fabric.
Both do a great job but you pay a little more for the eco-friendly fabric. Some won’t care about this but others might be more into paying a little more to ensure that Burton continues to develop eco-friendly products. So for the pant, it’s got reasonable waterproofing at a reasonable price and a good mountain fit.

My snowboarding pant for this season
This is my pant for this year. The big plus is that it comes in short sizes--great considering the majority of American women are short I hear!
It's not exactly an all mountain fit - it's more of a fashion fit, but you won't look like peggy bundy tight. and the pants end pretty low, so you're going to have to do a lot of tucking in.
Thigh pockets are great, the back and front pockets are not very useful though.
