These Bonfire Pearl Snowboard Pants are super comfortable, they are partially insulated in the seat and knees, and are made with very light and flexible material. I really liked the cut and waist fit of these pants, but the front zipper pockets were a little uncomfortable. Overall, the Bonfire Pearl seem like a well-constructed versatile pant that would be good as is, or also for layering.

Fit: Regular with a little extra room in the legs.
Construction: Seems well thought out and constructed for the price point.
Insulation/Warmth: 40g Partially insulated in the seat and knees making them good for warmer days, but also good for cold days if you layer up as well.
Waterproofing: 15k
Breathability: 10k
Packability: Normal thickness for packing it up. There’s a little insulation so it is a little bulkier than a shell.
Overall: Great pants for the price point, you get some insulation as well as some waterproofing but they are still under $200. Would be a good everyday pant for the whole season except maybe the really wet storm days.
