Burton AK Baker Expedition Down Jacket 2022 - 2021 Review by The Good Ride

The Burton AK Baker Expedition Down Jacket is mega insulated, lightweght and packable piece designed for maximum warmth. This jacket is has a pertex nylon outer which makes it fairly durable and water resistant for what it is designed for. This is James personal size large which is big for me. However I have tried the medium and I really want one. The fit is longer than comparable alpine insulation pieces such as the Patagonia Fitzroy. I prefer the longer length in the back for maximum warmth, which is what this category of jackets are designed for.
