The 686 Smarty Form Jacket is a 3 in 1 with a fleece liner. 686 has a great fit for the average body and the fleece liner is really warm. It’s got some quirks but for the price it gives you a complete set up. 686 outerwear isn’t perfect but it’s generally a safe decision for those with a medium to large build.
