Functionality

The 25L Hydration Pack from OutdoorMaster comes with padded shoulder straps, a chest strap, and hip/waist belt. There are some good sized pockets/storage areas in this backpack too. You get an extendable open pouch on the front, and a felt lined sunglasses pocket as well.

The 2L hydration reservoir works pretty well. It has the quick release hose and a good reservoir locking system that didn’t leak while I was using it. The cap for the hose has a thin plastic strip that could possible wear out and break eventually but it was functional.

My only complaint would be the waist strap was too easily loosened. With just a little bit of pressure it tends to release the webbing and gets bigger, so you have to tighten it every once in a while.

I like the elastic chest strap because it stretches with you as you move and hike around.

Overall

The OutdoorMaster 25L Hydration Backpack is a budget friendly pack that can be used for hiking, biking, and many other sports. It is a pretty good price for a pack and a 2L water reservoir too.
