Jones Talon 2020 Review by The Good Ride

The Jones Talon Splitboard Pole has improved a lot since the first time we tried it. It went from something that didn’t really match up to most backcountry touring poles to something that even has a few special features like a floating basket. These were Peters Poles for all our Drift Board adventures and they held up well.

Ethics Statement: We don’t get paid by the manufacturer to write these reviews.  We do make money from the “Where To Buy” links, but this is our best attempt at an honest and objective review from an average riders’ perspective.

How This Review Happened: We spent our precious Good Ride dollars to buy this and review it.
Days: 20+
Conditions: Everything from deep powder to pretty mixed spiring conditons on our Drift Boards.
Riders: James (Size 9, 5’10” 185-190lbs), Peter (Size 8, 5’11” 185lbs)
Boots: Adidas Tactical ADV
