Jetboil Pot Support Video and Written Review

This is a look at the Pot Support from Jetboil. This is an easy attachment to work with your existing Jetboil stoves. This lightweight attachment allows you to use a normal pan with almost any Jeboil stove.

Packability

This Pot Support works great as an addition to almost any Jetboil set-up. It fits perfectly into the Jetboil canister along with the stove. This is nice because it doesn’t add any space to your pack just 1.2 oz of weight.

Cooking Experience

The Pot Support works great with any smaller sized pan, pot, or kettle. It offers a medium amount of stability but you still need to be careful especially if it is a full pot of water or something as it gets a bit wobbly with more weight.

Also, when using it with a fry pan, there is a bit of a hot spot in the middle since the flame doesn’t spread out too much while cooking. So when cooking I had to make sure to stir the foot around, or move the pan around a bit when cooking eggs or pancakes.

But for the most part I love that this Pot Support allows the Jetboil stoves to have a bit more versatile and cooking options.
