Summary

This Mushroom Risotto dehydrated meal from Good to Go reminded me of a home cooked meal that mom would make. It was delicious and creamy and had a generous amount of Cremini mushrooms.

Good to Go Mushroom Risotto 2024 - 2020 Review by The Good Ride

How This Review Happened: The company sent us samples to test out.

Testers: Steph

Weight: Single Serving – 3.4oz

Taste: This Mushroom Risotto was flavorful without being overpowering. It was creamy and delicious and the mushrooms were definitely the highlight.

Re-hydrate Time: The directions say to let it sit for 20 min. But we were at around 7,500 ft of elevation. So I let it sit 26 min. Everything was re-hydrated fully. The rice and the mushrooms were both fully cooked.

Overall: This was a hearty and very tasty vegetarian meal that is also Vegan and Gluten-Free. I would absolutely take this out on the trail with me. And I feel like the serving size was generous enough that I would be satisfied with one serving.
