The Subscription: When you sign up for a subscription, you fill out a bunch of info about the hobbies and interests you have. You also fill out your sizing for different things so if they send you any size specific or gender specific gear it will be the correct item for you.

The subscription choices are monthly ($29.95), 6 months $169.50) and yearly ($329.40).

Or you can choose their premium collection box that comes out quarterly. This box is $249.95 and comes with extra special gear.

Overall:The Cairn Subscription Box comes with a few full sized items that you may have never known you needed. There is also a bigger item that comes with your first box if you order the 6 month or yearly subscription. (My first box came with a Cotopaxi 24L Day Pack (Retail Value- $75). I like that it exposes you to new companies and new gear every month. The price is affordable and I like that each box seems to have a specific theme to it.
