DC Focus Review And Buying Advice

DC Focus 2014 - 2012 Review by The Good Ride

Why would you name a board after an economy car? Hey I like The Focus.  It’s a fuel effecient low cost car but is that how you would like to market a snowboard?  You want to be big and powerful….not a low priced fuel effecient bargain. If this is a joke it’s pretty funny and I’m an idiot for not getting it. Despite this crappy marketing name the Focus isn’t a bad entry level freestyle board for the price. It’s better than renting and a pretty forgiving playfu. If it hangs in there past 2012 we’ll put some more time into it.  There is a decent amount of rocker and also a bit of flat between the feet for a stable ride.  This is a do anything freestyle board that can handle your average park and small mountain.
